All prospective Sea Devils’ must attend a New Swimmer Evaluation Session to receive the proper program recommendation and ensure that they demonstrate the required skills necessary to participate.

Weekend Clinics

7-12 year olds, 8 month program Sept-Apr; This level is designed to introduce novice swimmers into the sport of swimming while allowing maximum opportunity to participate in other activities. At a minimum, swimmers should be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted using both freestyle with side breathing and backstroke. Emphasis is on teaching the fundamentals of the four competitive strokes by means of drills and various teaching aids with the goal of making swimming fun and a life long sport. Offered at Holton Arms . No USA Swimming meets offered, but there are 2-3 intra-squad meets every season.

Practice time: 1 hour practice per week on Sunday.

High School Conditioning

High school athletes, 9 week program Sept-early Nov; Swimmers preparing for the high school swim season. This program requires solid swimming skills and competitive experience. This clinic is NOT for beginners.

Practice time: 3 1-hour practices per week.

Locations: South Run

Masters

18 & older, 9 month program Sept-May; This program is for adult swimmers who are looking to continue in the lifelong sport of swimming.

South Run Practice Times: M, T, Th, F 5:00-6:00 am; Saturday 6-7 am.
