Registration Instructions and Helpful Hints

ON-LINE REGISTRATION  - Registration on-line with payment by credit card or Echeck via the online regsitration system is preferred method. 

PAPER REGISTRATION - Mail or fax, and in house credit card processing, will be assessed a $25 fee.

Early Bird discount option saves $50 per swimmer in competitive/Lab or Madeira masters programs, $25 for clinic programs and South Run masters.  Register in the month of June and pay in full by July 1.

Returning Sea Devils

  1. Know your coaches recommendation for placement, if you have not received your placement recommendation please contact your coach.
  2. Review schedules, fees & discounts, required non-refundable deposit per swimmer & refund policy.
  3. Review Parent code of conduct and waiver.  You will need to agree to these as part of the registration process.
  4. Enter online system
  5. Choose your home pool, Choose your program category, Choose your program,. Choose your payment option
  6. Complete swimmer information fields
  7. Complete family contact informatoin fields
  8. At check out you will be required to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit per swimmer.
  9. Please Note:  Multi swimmer discounts are NOT applied within the online registration system, but WILL be applied by registrar and posted prior to auto billing.
  10. An email confirmation will be sent to you at the time when registration is complete.

New Sea Devils

Please note:  We give priority to returning members during the month of June.  All new family registrations must be confirmed and accepted by registrar.  During the month of June, SDS reserves the right to hold registrations until we determine if there is adequate room for new members.

  1. Attend a open house to receive placement recommendation, if possible

  11. During June, an email will be sent to you reflecting acceptance of the registration by SDS registrar.
