Coaches,
In order to complete the Lindsey J. Miller meet on time the following adjustments have been made. Please distribute to coaches, parents and swimmers.
The warm-up start time for sessions #2 and #4 has been changed.
Warm-up for sessions #2 and #4 (9-12 year olds) will run from 2:00-2:30PM and the events will start at 2:35PM.
Sat & Sun 8&U Sessions #1
> Warm up 12:10-12:25PM Event 12:30
Sat & Sun 9-12 Sessions #2
> Warm up 2:00- 2:30 PM Events 2:35
Deck Entries will be accepted provided there is an open lane available, no additional heats will be created. Deck entries are $10.00 each and proof of registration is required.
There will be a modified clerk of course for the 8&U sessions.
The 8&U session will have monitors assigned between each 2 lanes (lanes 1 & 2, lanes 3 & 4, etc.) to get the swimmers in line based on the heat sheet entries.
Coaches – please walk your 8 & U swimmer(s) to their lane(s) and the monitors will take it from there.
We are requesting that each team provide timers in proportion to the number entries submitted. For the 8&U sessions we will use two groups of timers.
Group 1 - 20 Timers for the 25 yard events
Group 2 - 20 Timers for the 50 yard events
Number of timers requested for 8&U sessions - BWST-10, SDS-13, SNOW-12, HACC - 2, OCCS - 1, RAYS - 2
Number of timers requested for 9-12 sessions - BWST -5, SDS -7, SNOW-6, HACC - 1, RAYS- 1
All timers must sign in.
This is a charity meet and all proceeds go directly to the Lindsey J. Miller Foundation which supports nearby children's charities. Contributions are not accepted on deck.
