Sea Devil Swimming,formerly the Capitol Sea Devils and Victor Swim Club, brings the best of Potomac Valley Swimming together as one organization.  We provide world-class training for everyone from novice to masters swimmers. SDS is a team of over 700, with over 400 competing in USA Swimming sanctioned meets. We have practice sites in the District of Columbia, Maryland,and Virginia.
